Cindi Bright the President of The Bright Group, a management consulting firm focusing on the advancement of underrepresented people. She is a sought-after women’s and leadership consultant and coach, public speaker, social justice activist, and the host and personality of HeartBeat radio on Rainier Avenue radio, speaking truth into life about issues impacting women and people of color.
In 2018, she ran as a first-time candidate for the state legislature in LD 48 and received its sole endorsement as its candidate. Not prevailing in this election, she steps out into deeper purpose of bringing race together to empower and provide access and opportunity to all people. Cindi took the Tedx stage in September 2019 to speak to the State of the Heart.
Cindi has spent the past 25 years in Fortune 500 companies working in leadership roles where she focused on leadership, diversity, workplace culture, organization development and personal development of people. She is a strong believer in people. Additionally, she serves on the Board for the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, formerly Vice Chair of Mentoring Works Washington and former Board member of Atlantic Street Center. She is a mentor to several women of color and enjoys lifting women to propel them into their purpose, power and potential!
Cindi has a Certificate from Kellogg University School of Business in the Soul of Leadership and an Executive MBA from Foster School of Business, University of Washington.
