Throughout the search process, we maintain regular and timely communications with the search committee. Non-TraditionalAt Valtas we don’t interview candidates for a job; we build relationships. Our network allows us access to top candidates not easily available via more traditional channels. Many of these candidates don’t respond to routine advertisements because they are busy working, but instead seek us out because of our reputation, our integrity for all parties, and of course confidentiality. Our candidates experience personalized interview experiences, a strong partnership with our search professionals and direct, candid feedback as part of our process.
