Gayle Johnson is an experienced nonprofit executive and founder of EVOLVE Life Coaching. She helps organizations build great leaders and great internal cultures through leadership development and addressing the core challenges of culture that are holding them back from moving forward.
Gayle is a Seattle native. She graduated from Roosevelt High School, attended the legendary Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, and then transferred to the University of Washington, where she received a B.A. Degree in Political Science. Her effective leadership style has been developed through coaching high-level executives, mid-management, and frontline employees on the importance of emotional intelligence, and how applying it creates high-performing teams, helps retain good talent and ultimately increases revenue.
Her experience as a transformational thought leader is informed by a Master of Transformational Leadership from Seattle University. Her experience and understanding of the theory behind what it takes to be an impactful leader, team member, employee, and how to manage one’s emotions while working in diverse organizations is a strong suite across demographics.
Gail is a passionate advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion theory and practice and thrives in chaotic environments by bringing structural change and clarity to both purpose and mission.
