Nonprofit boards are increasingly embracing the need for experienced interim leadership during executive transitions. On average, it takes a Board of Directors 6-9 month to recruit and onboard a new Executive Director (ED).  

​In many cases, our Interim consultants may remain as a coach or mentor for your new leader for a few weeks or months to support the on-boarding and launch.
