In this, she is adept at working with non-profit leaders on their business from the inside out, positioning them for long term success. Liz does this by formulating sustainable structures, practices, collaborations and program strategy to increase revenue and advance mission, with a special emphasis on that unique working relationship and alignment between Executive Director and Board. Liz is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Eastside.
