Bridges Alternative Peer Group Welcomes New Executive Director Ellyse Bracken

​Bridges Alternative Peer Group (APG) is pleased to announce Ellyse Bracken as their new Executive Director. In a statement announcing her arrival, Bridges leadership remarked,

About Ellyse
Ellyse’s active engagement in the recovery community and passion for service in her community have propelled her success in the nonprofit sector. From her position as Recovery Residence Manager at Seattle Sober Living to her most recent role as Business Operations Manager at Uplift Northwest, Ellyse has demonstrated the energy and professional creativity needed to lead well. She has a true desire to get to know others and build strong relationships, which shines through in every role she undertakes!

​About Bridges Alternative Peer Group
Bridges APG is a Seattle-based nonprofit founded in 2020 that addresses a gap in addiction recovery services for teens locally. Bridges plays a key role in combating the devastating effects of addiction (particularly substance abuse) during adolescence, which can contribute significantly to lifelong struggles with addiction. They provide a safe, inclusive, evidence-based environment as the basis for everything they do, allowing teens and their families to heal and grow together.
Bridges offers a specialized approach by providing a supportive recovery community, which empowers youth to reimagine their futures and embrace new possibilities for their lives. They are unique in that they are one of the only sober recovery support organizations for youth in Washington State.
