The Valtas team leads and facilitates strategic and business planning for many of our non-profit clients. We go beyond the typical 3-5-year plan.  Our plans are practical and adaptable.  We work to establish agreement around intended outcomes, as well as assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment.  We establish a clear plan that identifies where your organization is going, and the specific actions needed to get you there.  Then we define success for your plan, so you know how to monitor and manage, and celebrate success.

Board and Staff – Meeting and Retreat Facilitation

We are frequently hired to facilitate strategic meetings and retreats for nonprofit board and staff leaders.  Our team provides highly tailored and experiential training and facilitation for boards, management, and employee teams in a wide variety of areas.

Executive Leadership Assessment and Coaching

​The review of a CEO or Executive Director is the responsibility of the Board.   It can be difficult for a Board Chair or executive committee to gather the necessary input and examples that provide a holistic picture of the leader’s performance. The Valtas team has experience guiding assessments, including facilitation of 360 reviews and providing support to the board members charged with delivering feedback.  We are often called upon to coach and support the executive leader within our nonprofit clients, offering perspective, guidance, tools and suggestions to help support success.   Valtas provides real time Executive Coaching as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to existing leadership transition or organizational development initiatives.

Organizational Development and Assessment

Valtas consultants take a tailored, hands-on approach to organizational development.
