Rebecca brings 15 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Known as a thoughtful and collaborative strategic leader, Rebecca thrives in times of growth, change and transition.
Rebecca has led nonprofits to better health and greater impact as an interim executive director, board member, development director, program director and consultant. Her expertise includes executive transitions, organizational and program assessments, strategic planning, change management, staff and board development, and operational systems development. Her work has spanned the environmental, youth development and human services sectors.
Rebecca enjoys partnering with boards and staff to connect the dots between where they are now and where they want to go. She guides clients to chart a path forward that reflects their organization’s unique purpose, values, people and strengths. She strives to bring a social justice and racial equity lens to her work with curiosity, connection, deliberateness and accountability.
Raised in the Seattle area, Rebecca believes a strong social sector is vital to creating a just, equitable and healthy future. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and a member of Leadership Tomorrow’s class of 2021.
