Executive Director Search Process Design with an Equity & Inclusion Lens With the stated goals of equity and inclusion, in our Executive Search practice, Valtas has integrated many steps to operationalize our commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-racism into the recruiting process for an open CEO or Executive position. In partnership with our clients’ board, Valtas will integrate all current DEI practices from the organizations internal recruiting practices and leverage our own extensive experience, network and outreach to connect with candidates, including BIPOC and other historically underrepresented candidates. The Valtas interview process uses standard initial screening and interview rubrics for equitable treatment of all candidates with consideration for questions that value lived experiences and reflect culture alignment along with potential to be successful. Valtas team will partner and collaborate with diversity, equity and inclusion search team consultant(s) to inform our process, provide guidance and insights and ensure that we are using available community resources and tools to create a diverse candidate pool that reflects our commitment to equity and aligns with the values of our client partners.
