Carmen’s great passion is to provide organizational stability through agile assessment-based tools and practices that target the individual culture of your organization and its journey towards authentic internal equity and inclusion. Her approach is to learn and replicate what is working well and identify and fill the gaps in knowledge, process or talent. This lens highlights internal and external equity considerations and an evolving knowledge of the steps in the journey toward a more authentically inclusive organizational culture.
She has over 20 years of senior leadership experience guiding organizations through planned and emergency life cycle transitions. She has served as an Interim Executive for five organization over the past 4 years. She has worked as an Executive on Loan for organizations that have diverse leadership needs for a sustained period of time. Her clients include individual executives, start-ups, non-profits, social enterprises, small businesses, schools and colleges. As an adjunct professor at Antioch in the Leadership and Organizational studies (LOS) department she has taught classes in Coaching, Change Management and Resilient Leadership.
