For a decade, she served as its Executive Director.
Now, as an Executive Coach and Organizational Advisor, Lisa is committed to helping organizations craft strategies that harmonize with their mission and culture. Her client portfolio includes the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, PATH, Panorama Global, the University of Washington, and the Lemelson Foundation, among others. She is an ardent proponent of staff development through mentorship, the promotion of compassionate and clear leadership, and the development of well-defined objectives that resonate with an organization's core values.
As an adept facilitator and moderator, Lisa has skillfully presided over a multitude of meetings, panels, interviews, and strategic planning sessions, harnessing her expertise to drive meaningful outcomes.
