Gina has been an influential leader in the philanthropic sector for the past 16 years, elevating community voice as a relationship builder and trusted partner. She delivers deep experience with complex public-private partnerships, design & implementation of initiatives, and setting strategy and oversight of grantmaking portfolios.
Recently she has served as the Interim Executive Director for Kitsap Community Resources as well as the Interim President & CEO for Kitsap Community Foundation. Gina also served as the Interim Program Director at Community Foundation of South Puget Sound, assisting with the distribution of $1M of CARES resources, All In Washington grant review, operational coaching, and general consulting. In her engagement at Yakima Valley Community Foundation, she provided program design and support for Building Community Philanthropy Child Care learning community. Her sample engagements also include time at organizations such as Washington Unlimited and The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation. Gina received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Doctor of Law (J.D) with a concentration in Environmental Law from the University of Washington School of Law.
