![]() Audere is pleased to announce the appointment of their new CEO – Dr. Dino Rech. He replaces Philip Su, Audere’s Founder, who will remain as an advisor to the organization. Dr. Rech will lead the organization while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. As the lead executive, Dr. Rech will be responsible for driving the company’s vision and strategy forward. Philip Su explains why Dr. Rech was the right choice for the role when he says, Dr. Rech is tailor-made to bring Audere into its next phase as a company. His experience leading teams in the global health and digital health spaces will enable him to build upon Audere’s foundation as a research organization and evolve its operating model to maximize impact. Audere has exceptional growth potential, and I look forward to seeing the company’s continued impact on communities in need. About Dr. Rech Dr. Rech was formerly the Group Director & Regional Chief Operating officer at The Aurum Institute in Johannesburg, South Africa. There he oversaw new business development strategies. Additionally, Dr. Rech was responsible for one of the largest HIV programs in South Africa, providing care and treatment to patients. He was also the Founder and CEO of CHAPS (the Centre for HIV and AIDS Prevention Studies), which served over half a million people with HIV-related prevention, education, testing, and surgical services. In fact, as a part of CHAPS Dr. Rech’s team developed the leading surgical delivery model to provide cost-effective, scalable surgery across 14 countries. In the years since, he has taken a role as an adjunct associate professor of medicine at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of medical professionals. As a global health leader, Dr. Rech has published research and used his experience as an ER physician to improve healthcare outcomes worldwide. His first-hand knowledge of healthcare systems and clinical needs has given him a unique understanding of how best to utilize technology to serve patients and provide scalable medical solutions. When asked about the opportunity, Dr. Rech remarked, I am excited for the opportunity to lead Audere. Having dedicated my career to the advancement of global health through research and innovation, I am passionate about Audere’s mission to develop solutions that improve community health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. The coronavirus pandemic emphasized the need for easily accessible, accurate diagnostic tools as an initial step to control and prevent disease. I look forward to partnering with the talented team at the organization to increase access to innovative global health tools. About Audere
