Experienced Nonprofit Leader Jenny Pratt Joins the Valtas Group Consulting Team

Jenny Pratt has almost two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, serving as the Executive Director/CEO of YWCA North Central Washington. Her contributions include developing and supporting programs ranging from after school programs to homeless housing programs for low-income women and girls. Whether developing an equity-based STEM curriculum or managing an emergency shelter, Jenny focused on empowering women of all ages to help them live better lives. Aligning with the YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism, empower women, foster peace, advocate for justice, promote freedom, and restore dignity, Jenny has worked tirelessly to help women of all backgrounds.

As a local affiliate serving a worldwide organization, Jenny has developed strong coalition building and leadership skills. These traits make her well poised to build and grow nonprofit organizations that make a real difference in their communities. She is a relational leader whose strengths include communicating with shareholders, overcoming operational obstacles, and motivating her team to make a difference in the lives of the people they support.

In her time as a nonprofit executive, Jenny has provided countless pro-bono hours to mentor and advise up and coming nonprofit leaders around her.

After leading the YWCA North Central Washington, she started her own consulting firm to help nonprofit organizations around her thrive. We are excited to have Jenny on our consulting team and look forward to seeing what kinds of initiatives are coming from her next!
