Tom Bull has joined the Edmonds College Foundation as their new Executive Director and will be representing them at their upcoming INSPIRE benefit coming up in April 2022. With more than 20 years of higher education administration and non-profit institutional advancement, Tom brings a wealth of experience into the role. The Foundation said of his hire, Tom brings a broad range of experience and expertise in development and fundraising, strategic communications and planning, alumni relations, and operational excellence. All of us at Edmonds College Foundation are excited to begin this new chapter. With Tom at the helm, we look forward to continuing to support and grow how the Foundation impacts student success at Edmonds College. About Tom Bull Most recently Tom served the Portland State Foundation as the Interim CEO and President, as well as at Portland State University as the Executive Director of Alumni Relations. Previously, he acted as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at DePaul University, Assistant Director of Career and Student Services for the Northwestern Alumni Association, Associate Director at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and Director of Alumni at Bastyr University. Across his tenure at these various organizations, Tom has honed his leadership, program management, fundraising, and strategic non-profit planning skills, gaining the acclaim of his peers. His volunteering background is just as extensive, with lengthy stints at Loyola University Chicago, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, The Renaissance Foundation, Northwestern University, The Ivy School, and Bellevue College. The educational program experience he brings to all his volunteering pursuits benefits not only his fellow volunteers by helping them rise to meet their potential but the organizations themselves as well.
