Valtas Group Expands Consulting Team: Caitlin Pontrella

Caitlin Pontrella joins us with significant nonprofit leadership experience across a wide array of organizations, including serving as Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, Interim Development Director, and Board President. She has been involved with organizations going through the startup phase, experiencing rapid growth, weathering crisis, navigating a leadership transition, and numerous other types of transformations. As such, Caitlin has the kind of varied experience that can benefit a variety of nonprofits in her community.

She has first-hand experience with board governance, organizational development, budget creation, financial management, and fundraising. Her expertise is in creating inclusive and emotionally intelligent environments to empower all individuals while incorporating her fun-loving spirit.
