Valtas Group Expands Consulting Team: Jeffrey P. Lewis

Valtas Group is pleased to announce that Jeffrey P. Lewis has joined our consulting team. 

Jeff Lewis has served in executive and Board leadership roles at non-profit organizations in the region for more than 25 years.  Prior to joining Valtas, he had a long career in banking where he focused on serving small to medium sized businesses.  He served as founding President and CEO of a start-up community bank for eleven years.  He began his professional life as a program manager for Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and founding executive director for their political action committee.

Jeff has extensive experience with Board governance, communication, and assisting Boards with policy development and fiscal oversight.  His Board service has been in both the public and private sector.  He has led teams toward tremendous success, and he has excelled during times of adversity.  His ability to align people to the task is among his greatest skills and he celebrates the accomplishments of others over himself.

Jeff is a native of Seattle and resides in Edmonds, WA.  He obtained his MBA and BA at the University of Washington.  He is also a 2020 certificate holder from the Interim Executives Academy.
