​Sylvia Fuerstenberg is a strategic, visionary leader with 33 years of Executive leadership experience, excelling in a broad range of human services endeavors; from juvenile rehabilitation, wilderness adventure programs for delinquents, inner-city programs for teens in NYC, youth services and homeless young adults in the Northwest.  

​Sylvia excels at guiding organizations through challenging transitions, specializing in organizational assessment and capacity building for the future leadership of the organization.  

Sylvia is currently providing Board consulting, Executive mentoring, and Interim Executive Director/CEO leadership to nonprofit organizations during critical transitions.

​With robust community resources at her disposal and skills that bring people together to solve problems, Sylvia will help your organization address challenges and foster continuity.   She has demonstrated excellence in management, organizational assessment, and senior staff leadership for both non-profit and proprietary companies.
